iPSCs (induced Pluripotent Stem Cells) are stem cells made from non-stem cells (typically skin cells) taken from a patient and treated (via introduction of genes for regulatory proteins called transcription factors or by exposure to various chemicals) to get them to revert back to stemness so they can then be treated with cell-type-specific signals to get them to differentiate into desired cell types.
